Marc Forgione Opens New Steakhouse in NYC

Former Iron Chef and hottie celeb chef Marc Forgione has opened up his second American Cut in New York City, a new 130-seat restaurant, which features a modern twist on nostalgic
steakhouse fare.

American Cut is located Midtown, at 109 East 56th Street in the historic Lombardy Hotel. The 6,000 square foot restaurant alludes to an era of 1970’s glam rock. High end diners will chow down on some impressive menu items.

They have a show-stopping 52 oz. Porterhouse complete with flaming bone marrow butter prepared tableside. And you can’t have a steak without wine! The restaurant also has a dedicated wine room, alongside specially reserved wine lockers for guests of the restaurant (we are guessing lots of A-listers will be checking this out). We also love the made-to-order cocktails, presented tableside via a rolling bar cart. So fancy!
