Brittany Snow, Busy Phillips and Liz Gillies got some healthy living into their busy schedules at celebrity hotspot and wellness retreat The Ranch 4.0 at Four Seasons Westlake Village.
They each chronicled their visits via Instagram and Twitter, noting what an amazing and rewarding weekend they had!
Brittany Snow:
Brittany Snow, of Pitch Perfect, enjoyed the unique menu and program. “The knowledge I gained about health and food is something I will incorporate from now on into my daily life. The staff were excellent. It was challenging, educational and so much fun.”

Busy Phillips:
“The ranch 4.0 was such an incredible, transformative experience. It was physically demanding FOR SURE but also so much more than that. I already feel a marked difference in how I’m thinking about food, and how I’m able to stay present in the moment. Plus, it really jump started my weight loss. It was an amazing few days and I would recommend it highly,” said Busy Philipps of Cougar Town and Dawson’s Creek.

Liz Gillies:
And Liz Gillies or Victorious commented on her stay, “Aside from the beautiful rigorous hikes, incredible food and lovely accommodations, the staff was knowledgeable and experienced, and the program itself was seamless. With the help and encouragement of the staff and other guests, I was able to push myself past my comfort zone and achieve more than I ever thought possible. I left with a whole new outlook on diet and fitness that I know I will carry with me for life.”

Thursday
- Dinner: Kelp noodles with red curry sauce, cabbage, snap peas, carrots. Turmeric roasted cashews
Friday
- Lunch: Lentil and roasted cauliflower salad in a jar. Cucumber, golden raisins, arugula, walnuts. Tahini dressing.
- Dinner: Burrito bowl. Cilantro rice, black beans, sweet potato. Cashew sour cream and pico de gallo
Saturday
- Lunch: Green pea burger, sun dried tomato aioli. Kale chips
- Dinner: Millet, mushroom and chard stuffed acorn squash
Sunday:
- Lunch: Winter Cobb salad..roasted butternut squash, pomegranate, pecans, spinach, roasted chickpeas, Dijon vinaigrette.
